Printing Process
We utilize two different printing techniques in
the designs of our apparel. The printing technique used
for each product is listed within the product details.
Below is an overview of each printing process.
Digital Direct

Details of Print Technique:
Digital Direct Printing uses superior textile
ink, which was specifically formulated to work with a
variety of textile applications. This technology allows
us to print ink directly onto the apparel without using
transfers. Digital Direct Printing produces a soft,
smooth, and comfortable feel to the touch. Since the
design is embedded into the fabric, it will move with
the shirt. There is less risk of cracking as compared to
screen printing. This print type is the ideal way to
display color photographs and or multi color designs
with all color shades on to your apparel.
Care Instructions:
* T-shirts should be washed inside out and set on a
gentle machine cycle in cold water.
* To avoid any form of fading, machine drying is not
recommended.
* Lay flat to dry
* Dry cleaning is not recommended
Flex Print

Characteristics of Flex:
- high durability
- no color-fading in the laundry
- smooth, even surface of the print
- to be ironed inside out, do not iron directly on the
print
Details of Print Technique:
A large computerized blade is used to cut designs out of
a smooth, thin material. This design is then pressed
onto the fabric, using high pressure and temperatures.
This print type is suitable for almost all fabric types
and due to its sleek and shiny surface, looks and feels
amazing.
Care Instructions:
Flex retains its colors long throughout a life of
regular washing at 40°C. As with all printed fabrics,
please wash and iron inside-out.
